Ng Lay Buan has been preaching and teaching in the Chinese-speaking congregation since her appointment as a Pastor. In 2005, Ps. Lay Buan was ordained a full-time Pastor.

Ps. Lay Buan is better known as "Li Mang Bok Su" to her congregation. The Lord has given Ps. Lay Buan a burden for the community's elderly. She faithfully visits the elderly and the widow - encouraging them and praying with them.

Ps. Lay Buan has pastored the youth ministry in her early years as a Pastor. She is committed to the Lord in her work and faith.
